GRAFTON -- Back in September,nfl football jerseys, 2010 we introduced you to a program in Taylor County that aimed to get kids away from the video games and more into exercising, and we went back to check in and see how things are going.
"Since September, that class has changed tremendously. Body fat has dropped. [Body Mass Index] has started to scale downward and overall fitness level. Overall fitness, coordination, core strengths,newport cigarette, stability, and just the energy levels seem to have risen and gotten better and that's what you want,newport cigarette," explains Ricky Williams, a trainer at Tygart Valley Rehabilitation and Fitness.
And that is exactly what he hoped for when starting the New You Youth Gym Program.
"It's actually grown. It’s gotten larger, added some new children,Monster Cable, some new training techniques. A little bit of different pieces of equipment with the Wii Fit and some new things like that," added Williams.
