I hear you. At the end of the day is there really difference? If you are using it, you are evaluating it. Even if a small business installed every MS app after buying Technet. They can claim they are evaluating this app or apps to see if its reliable and so forth.

Microsoft should just go ahead and make Windows 7 free. Strip it, then ask you to pay for whatever feature you want from the "Windows App Store". Way back when Vista came out and nobody was clear on anything about "Basic" being,Office 2007 Ultimate Key, well crap "basically", I felt conned when my new PC came and "Basic" was a slow version of XP with a skin, so naturally I had to upgrade away from the crap, went all the way to Ultimate... then all was well. There should just be one version of an OS. Oh that and other companies should learn from Apple and keep everything SECRET until the day of the launch. I dont know what's wrong with people today, everything has to be 'leaked'.

I've had zero issues with Vista (x64)- I don't consider myself extremely lucky though... just an educated computer user. It's been fast,Office 2010 Activation, functional,Office 2007 Enterprise, and had no noticeable impact on my games system performance. But I digress... this is about W7... My preorder is placed. I had the RC, and I might spin up the leaked RTM in the days leading towards release to get re-acquainted with it.
