Office 2010 Vista Windows 7 and Office 2010 Inform

Dwelling / About / Administration / Important information Engineering Providers & Media Companies / Students After an initial round of testing,Office Standard 2010, ITS (along with other IT organizations across Harvard) have decided to postpone the roll out and support of these products to Faculty, Staff , and other Harvard owned assets. ITS is in the process of testing Windows 7 in anticipation of roll out to the environment. At this time student's are the only approved users of Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010. Microsoft Windows Vista (all versions) and Microsoft Windows 7 (all versions) Students,Office Pro Plus 2007, whose computers are personally owned and therefore subject to personal preference, may purchase and install Microsoft Vista or Microsoft Windows 7. However, please be aware of the following compliancy list of ITS provided services: Compliant with Microsoft Vista * and supported at the student help desk: Symantec EndpointFAStAccess Network RegistrationMyHLS / iCommonsMyMail Web AccessVirtual Private Networking (VPN) LPT: One Printing * None of these products have completed testing with Microsoft Windows 7 at this time. Support will be limited through the student help desk. Microsoft Office 2010 (all versions) Although Office 2010 has been released,Office 2007 Serial, industry standards recommend 1 + years for a new version to mature. Therefore,Microsoft Office 2010 Home And Stude/nt, at this time ITS is currently testing Office 2010, however we have no plan to move Faculty, Staff,Microsoft Office 2007 Product Key, and other Harvard owned assets to Office 2010.
