果皮利用 橘皮柚皮巧配菜!
人们在食用橘子、柚子的果肉之后往往就把皮一丢了之,其实橘皮、柚皮还可以入菜。用来做菜的橘皮要选金黄色 的,清水洗净后捞出沥干切成细丝,晒干后备用。焖肉时放进一小撮,不仅使菜色悦目,而且香味四溢。另外,把 橘皮洗净放在清水中浸泡一昼夜后沥干,放入锅中加适量清水煮半小时后捞出,剁成橘皮糊,再放到锅中,加白糖 搅匀即可成为美味的橘皮果酱。
烹制柚皮菜要先将柚皮放火上烤一烤,然后用小刀刮去柚皮表层,再放在冷水中浸泡二三天,水宜生水杯价格,直泡到柚皮发软即可捞出沥干切成小粒备用。烹调时先将适量肉末煸炒后加四川豆瓣辣酱、柚皮粒、糖等焖一会 ,最后撒上葱花,淋上麻油,一道美味的柚皮肉末就大功告成了。 |
