Windows 7 ベータが公開されたということで、まだ自分のPCをVistaにしてないのにかかわらず、社内のメーリング リストでインストールする時に必要なパラメータを教えてもらい、とりあえずWindows seven Beta x64 日本語版をXenServerに入れてみました。（自分のPCに入れる勇気はありませんでした が。。）
1. XenServerでVMを作成します Windows 7 Home Premium。テンプレートはVistaを使いました。
two. VM作成ウイザードの最後に、自動起動のチェックボックスがありますので、それをチェックオフしておきます 。
3. その後、”xe vm-list | more” で先ほど作成したVMのUUIDを調べます Windows 7 Home Premium Key。
4. 次に、”xe vm-param-set uuid=<uuid> platform:viridian=false” でplatformパラメータを修正します Office 2007 Pro Plus。
5. VMの起動
Windows 7でちょっと感激したこと
1. XenApp Plugin 11.0をインストールし、XenAppのHosted App(サーバーサイドアプリケーション仮想化）に接続してみましたが、今のところ快適に使えています！ち なみにOutlook 2007をXenApp上で公開し接続しました Microsoft Office 2010 Pro Plus。
two. Internet Explore 8が快適！IE8ベータは前から公開されていたと思いますが、使ってなかったので・・　
3. XenServerに簡単にインストールできたこと
four. やっぱりVistaより軽い！CPU:1VCPU、メモリ:1024Gを割り当ててるのですが、快適に動作 します。XenDesktop（デスクトップ仮想化）に最適なOSになるのでは・・
