　　本报讯 (记者 李芳) 一家注册资本仅10万元的旅游开发公司，能拿出“国家发改委”特批的红头文件，受“联合国基金会”的委托， 筹建大型的核电站项目。

　　如此大的“来头”，将一些人骗得团团转。

　　汉口的周雅(应当事人要求化名)前日致电本报求助：“老父亲痴迷筹建核电站，被人骗走10多万元，甚至 逼她卖房子去接待所谓的联合国官员。”她请求记者调查事情真相，让老人迷途知返，也避免更多人 上当。

　　记者接线索后，第一时间进行暗访。

　　按照周雅提供的线索，记者昨找到位于合作路新丽大厦7楼的鑫华成旅游开发公司。

　　眼前的景象让记者很吃惊：三室两厅的房间内空空荡荡，只有三四张旧桌子和椅子，最贵重的物品就是里间的 一台老式电脑，客厅一位年约50多岁的老人正在裁剪一块广告泡沫板。

　　记者以周雅朋友的身份，表示想投资核电站，老人很热情地接待了记者。

　　记者询问其身份，老人说他姓丁，是这里的总管，相当于总经理。

　　记者仔细打量了这位“总管”：一脸沧桑，穿着朴素的夹克，上面有灰尘，部分磨得发白，有些辨不清颜色； 脚上穿着一双黑套鞋，看上去倒像一位可亲的农民伯伯。

　　见记者有些怀疑，“丁总管”先带记者看墙上挂着的一幅大的黄陂地图，中间有圆圈标注计划筹建核电站的位 置，左下角还盖着“黄陂区土地局”的大红公章。

　　“怎么？还不相信？”他又将记者领到另一面墙上，挂着几位国家领导人的照片。

　　他指着其中一位自豪地说：“这是我们老总的表哥，通过中央的关系才接到核电站的项目，有红 头文件的。”

　　他还告诉记者，有了中央的关系，省里市里多少人都得巴结他们邱总，想跟核电站搭点关系。

　　记者看到，领导人照片的旁边就是该公司的营业执照和税务登记证。

　　执照上标注：法人邱定策；住所：武汉市东西湖区辛安渡工业园特1号；注册资金：8000万元。“这两天 联合国的人要带100亿来，等他们钱到了，我们公司注册资金就改成1个亿。”“丁总管”炫耀。

　　记者要求看下红头文件，丁总管表示，文件很机密，被邱总收在家里，得预约才行。

　　对于这家公司的具体情况，记者从东西湖区工商局查询到，该公司2006年注册，法人是邱定策；注册资金 是10万元，并不是记者看到的8000万元，而且该公司并未办理营业住所变更手续(从东西湖变更到新丽大厦 )；公司的经营范围是旅游项目开发及高科技产品研制。

　　昨天下午3时，记者向110警方报案，警方表示迅速调查。
