打工仔玩死亡游戏掐死女友被判无期

　　本报讯 2009年1月1日中午，从黑龙江来兰打工的胡某和女友互相掐住脖子玩起了“死亡游戏”,Canada Goose。游戏中，两人越掐越狠。几分钟后，胡某便晕了过去。而当胡某醒来后，发现女友小琴已经没有了呼吸。4月1 日，市法院以故意杀人罪，判处胡某无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，同时赔偿附带民事诉讼原告人经济损失22万余元。
