Our Verdict/Review:
Compton’s Hair & Beauty are starting to look like veterans in the group-buying industry! At my last count, this is the third deal they have been offering. Their first deal was the exact same one, offering a Brazilian Blow-dry for £69 through KGBDeals. Their second deal, with Glamoo this time, pourpre ghd, was for a 1 hour Dermalogica Facial.
This time, they’ve elected to try out Crowdity. They seem to be trying to make the rounds with all the group-buying sites, hair straighteners uk, and I wouldn’t be surprised if a few weeks later we see another deal by them through Groupola or Groupon. Obviously they are having quite some success with the group-buying model, but I’m not quite sure what to make of them not using KGBDeals or Glamoo again and instead to elect for a new site!
I’ve mentioned before that I’m not a big fan of repeat deals, as this could mean that even at the “discounted” price, lisseur Styler GHD, good profits are still being made. £69 for a blow-dry still seems a bit steep.
