  初秋时节如何养生?中山大学附属第一医院中医科张诗军副教授支招:立秋养生应温食为主。
  张教授说:立秋季节最容易发生脾病。此季的饮食原则是清淡,少油腻,要以温食为主,应“温暖,不大饱” 。也就是说,这段时间的饮食要稍热一点,不要太寒凉;也不要吃得太多,在次数上可稍多一些。
  推荐食疗方――冬瓜扁豆汤:冬瓜500克,健尔马足疗机,山药30克,扁豆30克。将冬瓜、山药洗净切碎,与扁豆同煮,先用旺火煮沸,再改用小火熬煮成粥食用。具 有益气健脾、祛湿清暑的作用。
