With all the extras that come with this, the company may not be able to keep the price low,Windows 7 Professional, price being a big part of any purchase.

It has a html5 app for downloading shortcuts to web apps.
A few native linux programs also availible for download, Like frozen bubble.
and last I checked,Office 2007 Enterprise, the linux core is still there,office Home and Student, along with the programs that you can get for linux.
I think there won't be that much of a cost, unless you factor in the work they did to keep the OS somewhat compatible for laptops and netbooks.
