My favorite Seattle morning present has started a brand new campaign … Get Bill Gates. The deal? They want Bill to be a guest on their demonstrate. "The Early morning Alternative" has a segment referred to as the Thursday Songs Problem by which nearby celebrities (feel: weathermen, musicians, ridiculous Duran Duran fanatics) deliver inside the ideal song they can find (any era, any genre) and battle versus a worthy competitor. Listeners determine the winner through the top of 7 calls. They’ve started a webpage,Office 2007 Professional, to highlight their "quest," and it is easy to even buy your personal We Want Bill merchandise. (All proceeds go to the VERA project, a local music-arts center run by and for youth.) I like their spunk, and I can't wait to hear which song Bill chooses.
