TUCSON MBT Changa Shoes, Ariz. The suspect in a lethal Tucson shooting rampage was flown from Arizona to a Missouri prison facility where mental health experts will try to make him psychologically appropriate to stand trial.

Mental health experts who examined Loughner at the same Missouri facility in March and April had concluded he suffers from schizophrenia.
