MBT Tataga Shoes AO Smith $ 418 million acquisitio
 

SAN FRANCISCO, July 20,skechers mbt shoes, news ,MBT Tataga Shoes, water heater manufacturer AO Smith Corporation (AOS) announced Tuesday ,MBT Sirima Shoes, will be $ 418 million acquisition of privately held manufacturer of boilers Lochinvar Corp.

AO Smith said the deal does not include Lochinvar existing debt. Deducting one-time charges associated with acquisitions ,MBT M.Walk Shoes, the company expects the deal will make the fourth quarter earnings per share increased by 10 cents in fiscal year 2012 earnings per share increased 40-50 cents.

Lochinvar production of commercial and residential heating and hot water boilers used efficiently . As of June 30 of the year , the company's revenue $ 200 million.

The transaction is expected in the third quarter. Lochinvar also acquired a subsidiary in the UK .

AO Smith , chairman and CEO - Paul Jones (Paul W. Jones) said the acquisition of Lochinvar in line with the company's strategy to expand the supply of core products .
