夏天常做脚丫操也可健身
 
  晒脚
早晨或傍晚将两脚心朝向太阳,晒20至30分钟,专家称之为脚心日光浴。此法的益处在于让阳光中的紫外线直 射脚心,加湿器,促进全身代谢,加快血液循环。
  捶脚
用一根棒棰轻轻捶击脚心,每次50至100下,使之产生酸、麻、热、胀的感觉,左右脚各做一遍。通过捶击来 刺激脚底神经末梢。
  动趾
日本医学家研究发现,经常活动脚趾可以健胃。经络理论认为,光波炉厂家,胃的经络通过脚的第二趾和第三趾之间,每天抽出一点时间,练习用二趾和三趾夹东西,光波炉团购,或在坐、卧时有意识地活动脚趾。持之以恒,加湿器,胃肠功能就会逐渐增强。
  晃脚
取仰卧位,两脚抬起悬空,然后摇晃两脚,最后像蹬自行车那样有节奏地转动,每次做5至6分钟。此法可促进全 身血液循环,解除疲乏感。
