TalukderKA detection of 144 Fl -type strain , none has ShET -1 gene , the results support this view , but our results have shown that in addition to F2a , other serotypes of Shigella bacteria also exists sh. ET1, ShET1 not F2a proprietary . These results suggest that different regions of the world the same epidemic of Shigella serotypes may be a big difference , ShET1 mainly in the F2a strains of view need to be further explored. [
