卧床运动七法
运动一
1.双下肢屈曲,双上肢充分向上伸展,抓住床头; 2.双手握拳屈肘,双上肢并贴在季肋部; 3.让上下肢还原。数“1”时吸气,数“2”时憋气,数“3”时缓慢吐气,动作反复3次后进行深呼 吸。 运动二 1.双下肢屈曲,盟特新产品,双上肢充分向上伸展,抓住床头; 2.左上肢保持原样不变,右上肢屈曲贴在季肋部; 3.上半身充分向右屈; 4.上半身还原; 5.右上肢复原; 6.上下肢均复原。以上动作左右交替反复3次,光波炉菜谱。 运动三 1.双下肢呈直位,向上伸直两上肢; 2.上半身向右旋转; 3.上半身复原; 4.双上肢复原。以上动作左右交替反复3次。 运动四 1.双手放在腹部,双膝尽量屈曲; 2.让臀部高高抬起悬空; 3.轻轻放下抬高的臀部; 4.双上下肢复原。前三步可根据体力连续进行。如一侧下肢有石膏固定,则用单肢进行。 运动五 1.双下肢进行骑自行车的动作; 2.深呼吸。开始动作缓慢,盟特新奇特加盟,逐渐加快,中间休息数次。 运动六 1.立起上半身; 2.伸直双臂,躯干前屈,握住足尖; 3.放平上半身。做动作一时,为防止下肢抬起,水宜生价格,可以按压双腿或用布带固定。做动作二时,即使够不到足尖也要尽量使上半身前屈。 运动七 1.双下肢同时抬高; 2.抬起后数5下; 3.双下肢缓慢放平。可根据自身情况尽量抬高下肢,最好达到垂直状态,同时保持伸展位。 |
