奇异果打开夏日之胃
 
  菜式一
奇异果煎虾沙拉

  佐柠檬辣椒酱
  四人份材料:
  虾片 24片生虾片,100ml 花生油,盐+胡椒。
  调味酱汁 5汤匙新鲜柠檬汁,光波炉价格表,2汤匙鱼露,2汤匙甜辣酱,1汤匙糖。
  色拉 一束薄荷叶,一束罗勒叶,2颗去皮金黄奇异果并切成适当的宽度,2颗去皮鲜绿奇异果并切成适当 的宽度,1/2红洋葱切成薄片。

  步骤:
