cheap office 2010 32 bit key IE8-WindowsVista-x64
 

I just downloaded "IE8-WindowsVista-x64-ENU.exe"
but when i run it,cheap office 2010 32 bit key, it says 'a new version is already installed.
I don't know how ie8 got installed. Properties of ieShortcut on my desktop

When i try to run it,genuine win 7 32bit key, error msgs says: "internet explorer has stopped
working"
And when i go to :
it says:

To use this site,cheap office 2010 x86, you must be running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or
later.
In other words, "can't get there from here,genuine windows 7 x64!"
Of course i had to install googleChrome to even get this far.
Please help,discount office 2007 update key!
