四少年因看不悦目将同窗拉至地下室暴打
 

　　都市报讯 4名初中生，只由于看一名同学“不顺眼”，就将其拉至地下室暴打。只管在殴打过程中，被打的同学一直求饶， 可是，四名初中生居然还可能痛下狠手。

　　12月26日，记者从哈密市人民法院获悉，近日，这起因殴打同学引起的纠纷在哈密市国民法 院休庭审理。

　　四名少年仅仅看不惯同学的衣着就暴打同学，那有一天这些孩子是不是看不惯任何人都能够随心所欲？孩子有 错，家长和学校也有义务。假如在这起事件眼前,jimmy choo high heels，家长跟学校还可以坦然，那才是真正的悲痛。
　　打了一通之后，小杰、小伟、晓刚、晓晨4人感到老在一家地下室“不保险”，担心被人发现，于是又换至另 一个地下室，持续殴打小满。

　　随后，4名初中生强即将小满拉入该家眷院一个地下室里，还不等小满反映过来,free gucci，四个同窗就用啤酒瓶、木棍等工具对小满进行了长达十多少分钟的殴打。

　　受伤的小满被送往医院后,shoes mbt，立即被医生诊断为：“头皮下血肿，全身多处软组织伤害、胸11.12轻度紧缩性骨折。”小满的父母看到儿 子被人无辜打成这样，极其难过，他们立即报警，后经哈密市公安局鉴定属轻伤。经司法鉴定，小满的伤残等级为 8级。小满出院后，小满的父母就医疗费、残疾补贴金、精力丧失费等诉至法院，将4名打他的同学告上法庭请求 抵偿。

　　主审法官先容，看同学“不悦目”就打，这是一起典范的校园欺凌事件。这是为人父母广泛担忧却又不够器重 的问题。校园欺凌是指同学间欺侮弱小的行动，多产生在中小学阶段。欺凌进程，储藏着一个庞杂的互动状况，欺 负同学会对同学构故意理问题，影响健康，甚至影响人格发展。因为多数校园欺凌事件没有冲撞到刑法，并没有引 起足够的关注。防备校园欺负须要的是老师、家长多方配合 。

　　据法院流露，2009年8月19日下战书3点，初中生小满从家徒步去学校,mens prada，当他行至地域棉麻公司家属院时，被同学小杰、小伟、晓刚、晓晨拦下，小满不明起因问有何事，4名同学挑战 地说：“你穿那个破校服，让人看着不顺眼，赶快换掉去。”对四名同学的莫名质问，小满还不知道怎么答复。正 在迟疑之间，四名同学就冲上来揪住了小满。
　　全部暴力殴打的过程中，小满不停地向四名同学求饶，可是他们仿佛都没有听到一样，这个打累了，那个又接 着打，很快小满陷入昏迷。





　　不晓得什么时候，这四个同学扔下小满分开了地下室。直到昏迷中的小满醒过来用幽微的声音呼救，才被家属 院的居民发明，及时送到了病院。
　　哈密市人民法院审理后，根据相干法律法规，一审裁决4名打人孩子均系未成年人，孩子的父母承担40%、 12%不等的赔偿责任，并承当连带赔偿责任，共赔偿小满的各项损失达67000余元。
