Ksubi has returned to ShopBop. I find them to be very difficult to find in the states and very underrated. I miss the days of when they were the choice for skinnies. They have great styles to offer. Like the Alberceque Cutoff Shorts in Heyday Mayday. I think these will be a big one for the summer. They have the feel of the vintage Levi’s shorts that every girl sports, but I find a bit more flattering. Then they have the Skinny Pins in Brenda Blue. These are a dark blue super skinny jeans that feature the classic cross stitching at the back in red, white, and blue.
Although wide leg and flare jeans have been gaining popularity, this spring they’re going to be the new go to jean. Luckily, this is a style that flatters pretty much every body type. The 7 For All Mankind Georgia Trouser Jean, J Brand’s Bette Jeans and MiH Marrakesh jeans are already celebrity favorites!
First making their debut on the Ralph Lauren Spring/Summer 2011 runway and most recently seen on the Chloe Fall/Winter 2012 runway, this trend is still a popular one and will certainly continue to be into the summer. How many of you have tried out her clothing? I haven’t tried anything from the line yet but I definitely want to give the denim a go! I’m glad Gwen brought out a clothing line though, she’s always had a quirky and unique sense of style! It’s nice to see her put that into fashion for others.
