In Access 2007, you have a form or a report that is bound to a SQL Server stored procedure. The stored procedure is executed multiple times when you perform one of the following actions: You open a form in Form View. You open a form in Datasheet View. You open a report in Report View. You print or print preview a report. This problem does not occur in Access 2003.
Note You also experience the problem when you open a form or a report in Design View or in Layout View. However, this is not fixed in the hotfix.
