I tried all three and for me the most comfortable shoe was the 3.0. It was light and (according to my brother) changed my running style so I didn’t hit my heel first when I was running on the treadmill.

Nike Shox Shoes, you aren’t supposed to run with these shoes every day because they will work muscles you have never worked before and your body will be pretty sore if you try to run your regular distances out of the gate.
