一、揉擦腹部:练习者仰卧床上,两手相叠,放在腹上顺时针,侄时针各50圈,两手分开放腹上,再上下往复5 0次,要求不用意念,可以憋口气把腹部顶起来练习,早晚一组。
二、体转:两腿分开直立与肩同宽,两手叉腰或下垂体侧,随身体摆动,向左右转体各50次。要求转体时两腿不 动,转体幅度要大,直腰,头颈要上顶。
三、体前屈立起:两腿分开直立与肩宽,上体前倾向下体前屈,然后立起。要求膝盖要挺直,双手尽量去角摸地一 下,水宜生水杯价格表,连续做50次。(也可以根据自己的身体状况,次数渐序进展)。
四、依次高抬腿:两腿站立开始(也可以双手扶墙壁、写字台、窗台上或在床上地毯上进行)上体尽量不动,膝盖 尽量上抬贴胸,两手可以抱一下腿,连续反复各做50次。
五、仰卧起坐:练习者仰卧在床上或地毯上,两腿伸直,上身用力坐起,然后将身体前倾,同时双手去角摸脚尖, 连续反复数次。
六、扭髋小跳:原地双脚跳起直膝扭髋,两脚跳起同时左右扭髋,两臂胸前左右摆动与髋部相反做,连续反复数次 。
这几招对于瘦腹的效果不错,不要想象几天,几周就可以有很好的效果,想要好的效果就要坚持不懈 。
