So if you don’t have Photoshop CS5 Extended,microsoft office 2010 key,Computer Hardware Software Accessories, just regular CS5,Buy Office Standard 2007, then the Analysis and 3D tabs at the top won’t be there right?

i want photoshop cs5 but i dont understand the extended version…so should i buy photoshop cs5 or the extended version or both.
i just want to know that if the extended version is like an add on or is it photoshop cs5 but upgraded.
