  一、大腿前部(60秒)   1.直立,光波炉的危害,两手在脑后交叉或收在耳后,深深地吸口气。   2.向前迈出一步,同时下蹲,光波炉。上体保持正直,大腿前部用力,稍停,吸气还原。左右腿交替进行。   二、大腿后部(60秒)   1.屈膝屈肘俯卧。一腿单膝支撑身体,另一腿上抬,与身体成直线,吸气。   2.边呼气边弯举小腿,同时大腿后部肌肉用力收紧,稍停,还原。左右腿交替进行。   三、臀部(60秒)   1.双手撑地,一腿屈膝撑地,光波炉团购,一腿屈膝尽量靠近腹部,背不要提起,吸气。   2.一边呼气,一边将胸腹前的腿向后举起,至大腿与躯干成一直线止,臀部用力。左右腿交替进行各10次 。   四、大腿内侧(60秒)   1.仰卧,一腿屈膝撑地,另一腿勾脚尖直腿向上举起   2.边吸气边慢慢地把高抬的腿向外侧展开,大腿内侧肌肉用力收紧。呼气,还原。左右腿交替进行各10次 。   五、小腿肚(30秒)   1.双脚稍分开站立在台阶上,脚跟下垂,光波炉的危害,吸气。   2.边呼气边提踵,至水平处止,稍停。平衡好的人可双手插腰做,但不能拱背。
