  入秋以来,气温有所下降,在经历了炎夏的酷暑和闷热后,人们备感秋日的凉爽和舒适。宜人的秋季也是锻炼 身体的黄金季节,不仅可以调心养肺,提高内脏器官的功能,而且有利于增强各组织器官的免疫功能和身体对外界 寒冷刺激的抵御能力。
  登山前准备
  根据个人自身的身体状况,光波炉的危害应注意几点,选择登山地点。登山时间尽量避开气温较低的早晨和傍晚,登山速度要缓慢,上下山时可通过增减衣服来适应空 气的温度。
  体质较弱或病后初愈,以及患有心血管病,如血压较高、心脏病患者、冠状动脉有供血障碍功能较差,头晕、 胸闷、心悸的老年人都不宜参加登山。
  登山中注意事项
