　　一不小心，欧冬高一脚踩空，滑进渠道里。前几天刚下过雨，渠道里的水位涨了不少。欧冬高不会游泳，他一 边拼命蹬腿,手机窃听器货到付款，一边把脑袋昂起来喊救命。

　　欧德凡站在渠边，大声喊着让欧冬高抓住竹竿，然后把他拉回岸边，救了上来。再看陈正先时，他已经沉下去 了，水面还没有恢复平静。
　　同在这个时候，11岁的欧冬高也走在黄材渠道旁。前天是周五，学校下午放学早，欧冬高原本可以走大路回 家，但生性调皮的孩子却到渠道旁玩了一会儿。这里有树有草，还没人管着他。

　　60岁的陈正先是个拾荒老人，普通得走出村子就没人认识他。但现在整个乡都知道他的名字。前天下午，他 救了一个落水的孩子。

　　欧冬高抱住蛇皮袋，能够浮在水面上了。陈正先年纪大，折腾几下就体力不支。蛇皮袋进了水，渐渐承受不住 两个人。陈猛地把欧冬高往边上推，趁着自己还有力气，扯着嗓子对周围喊：“救命！”

　　前日下午3点多，11岁的欧冬高失足掉进黄材渠道，孩子在水里挣扎时，陈正先刚好经过，他拿起车上一个 装满矿泉水瓶的蛇皮袋，跳进水里，把救命的蛇皮袋给欧冬高。另外一个老人用竹竿救起孩子后，陈正先却沉下去 了。
　　欧德凡年纪太大，他已经记不清陈正先沉下去前说了什么。



　　村民们说，陈正先在村里的外号是“五二政策”，因为他是1952年出生的，喜欢谈论做人的 道理。
　　陈正先的父母很早就去世了，哥哥患有脑膜炎，陈正先拉扯大三个儿女，还照顾生活无法自理的哥哥20多年 。这些事村民们都知道。前些年，陈正先的儿女靠积蓄和借钱，盖了一栋大房子。陈心疼他们欠了钱，就推着斗车 出去拾荒，想帮他们还债。
