　　立秋过后天气由热转凉，进入“阳消阴长”的过渡阶段。初秋由于盛夏余热未消，气温仍然很高。加之时有阴 雨绵绵，湿气较重，天气以湿热并重为特点，常有“秋老虎”出现。但中秋后，雨水渐少，天气干燥，昼热夜凉， 气候寒热多变，身体一旦不适，便易伤风感冒，旧病也易复发，所以有多事之秋的说法。人体的生理活动要适应自 然界的阴阳变化，因此，秋季必须注意保养内守之阴气，凡起居、饮食、精神、运动等方面调摄皆不能离开“养收 ”这一原则。
　　起居调养
　　秋季，自然界的阳气由疏泄趋向收敛、闭藏，起居作息要相应调整，《素问・四气调神大论》说：“秋三月， 早卧早起，与鸡俱兴。”早卧，以顺应阴精的收藏,盟特新产品批发，以养“收”气。早起，以顺应阳气的舒长，使肺气得以舒展。有人对脑血栓等缺血性疾病发病时间进行过调查研 究，发现这类疾病在秋季发病率较高，发病时间多在长时间睡眠的后期，而秋季适当早起，可减少或缩短小血栓形 成的机会，这对于预防脑血栓发病有一定意义。
　　秋燥，常会使人的皮肤和口角干裂，皱缩增多，口干咽燥。还可见毛发脱落增多，大便亦易干结。这时应注意 保持室内一定的温度和湿度，要适当多吃水果和补充水分。秋令气温多变，即使在同一地区也会出现“一天有四季 ，十里不同天”的情况。因而，应多备几件秋装，如夹衣、春秋衫、绒衣、薄毛衣等，做到酌情增减 。
　　饮食摄养
　　秋属肺金，主收。酸味收敛补肺，辛味发散泻肺。秋天宜收不宜散，所以，要尽可能少食葱、姜等辛味之品， 适当多食一些酸味甘润的果蔬。秋燥津液易伤，引起咽、鼻、唇干燥及干咳、声嘶、皮肤干裂、大便燥结等燥症。 因此秋季在饮食上宜多选甘寒滋润之品，如百合、银耳、山药、秋梨、藕、鸭肉、柿子、芝麻等，以润肺生津、养 阴清燥。秋季饮食除了以酸、润为主之外，还须注意的是，夏季过后，暑气消退，人们食欲普遍增加，加之秋收食 物品种丰盛，此时不宜过多进补，以免“饮食自信，肠胃及伤”。
　　精神养生
　　秋季气候渐转干燥，日照减少，气温渐降，尤其深秋之时，草叶枯落，花木凋零，一些人心中常会因此产生凄 凉、垂暮之感，忧郁、烦躁等情绪变化。故有“秋风秋雨愁煞人”之言。这时，人们应该保持神志安宁，减缓秋季 肃杀之气对人体的影响。收敛神气，以适应秋天容平之气。
