  居住在大城市,每天开车上下班的你,想必也有这样的经历:排在一眼望不到头车河末尾,漫长的等待让人越 来越心烦,光波炉菜谱。因为经常开车,你的神经高度紧张,颈部容易僵硬,后背时常酸痛,两条腿偶尔会出现水肿现象,头部缺氧造成 哈欠不断……其实,只要抓紧堵车的那几分钟,活动活动身体,小动作一样可以解决大问题。
  这套动作同样适合久坐的办公室白领练习,只需要几分钟,就可以给你一个舒展、轻松的体态。
  绕颈
  头向右转,同时吸气;再将头向前低下,下巴尽量靠近胸部,同时呼气,加湿器厂家;然后头向左转,同时吸气。向左向右各重复5次。
  展肩
  背部挺直,健尔马足疗机厂家,双手环抱住肘关节,然后将双臂抬起放在脑后,低头,眼睛向下看,同时深呼吸5次,再恢复到原来的姿势。重 复做5次。
  挺胸
  双臂向后伸,双手抓住坐椅椅背,尽量向前顶胸,脸向上仰呈45°角。重复做5次。
  转腰
  身体坐直,肩膀下沉。用腰带动身体向左转,右手搭在方向盘上,左手向后放在靠背上。然后换方向重复着个 动作,左右各5次。
  提踵
  右膝提起,右脚尖向上,控制5秒钟。右脚尖向下,再控制5秒钟,然后还原。换左腿重复这个动作。每条腿 做5次。
  压腕
  双手放在方向盘上,光波炉批发,掌心向下。轻轻下压,以拉抻小臂以及手腕。然后掌心向上,再次轻压。重复做5次。
