  香菇会散发出一种特别的味道,主要来自其中所含的蘑菇香精和鸟苷酸两种成分,尤其是鸟苷酸,它的鲜味强 度是普通味精的几十倍。泡发干香菇的时候,先用冷水将其表面冲洗干净,菇盖朝下放置于20—35摄氏度的温 水中浸泡,这样既能使香菇更容易吸水变软,又能让鸟苷酸充分分解,散发出鲜味来。在此过程中,最好加入少许 白糖,可以防止鲜味流失,盟特新奇特加盟,让烹调出来的香菇味道更鲜美,盟特新奇特价格
  泡发干木耳最重要的是要用冷水。温热水泡后的木耳不仅不易充分发开,光波炉正品,口感还会绵软发黏,不少营养成分也都被溶解掉了。如果一次吃不完,只要每天用冷水淘洗一遍,一般放上3— 5天都不会变质。另外,黑木耳容易粘泥沙,可用盐水清洗,轻轻揉匀,待水变浑,再用清水淘洗即可 。
