New York Giants' Lawrence Tynes Out Monday Against Chicago Bears ...

New York Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes told reporters this afternoon he's out Monday night against the Chicago Bears, but hopes to return for week three of the preseason when Big Blue takes on the New York Jets.Tynes suffered a thigh bruise in a 20-10 <a href="http://www.ghdstraighteners2011-cheap.com/ghd-glamour-limited-edition-p-5738.html"><strong>ghd pure </strong></a> loss to the Carolina Panthers this past Saturday, but considers himself lucky to have not sustained a much more serious injury.&ldquo;I&rsquo;m lucky,&quot; Tynes said. &ldquo;I just feel very, very fortunate. &hellip; I&rsquo;m living right or doing something right. I&rsquo;m glad it was the kicking leg and not the plant leg.&rdquo;Recently signed Rhys Lloyd will assume the kicking duties on Monday night, but Tynes says he doesn't feel concerned.&quot;I'm the kicker,&quot; he said confidently.As certain as he is, Tynes struggled quite a bit in the Carolina game and Lloyd does have a legitimate chance to come in and steal his job away.
