Default 老年人运动养生也有大忌

(1)忌盲从:运动项目同健身效果有关,不要盲从他人锻炼,要根据自己的兴趣爱好、健康状况和周围环境与条 件,选择适于自身的运动项目。如要改善心肺功能,可选练步行、慢跑、打太极拳、游泳或骑自行车 运动等。
(2)忌操之过急:老年人身体器官日渐老化,生理功能日趋减退,掌握运动技能较慢,对运动负荷的适应能力较 差。因此,增加运动难度、运动强度和运动时间,一定要循序渐进,宁慢勿快,ad收腹运动机官网,不宜操之过急。
