绕、向左环绕,循环做4次。
2.绕臂:分腿站立,两臂上举,健尔马足疗机厂家,向前绕环4圈,向后绕环4圈,做2次,电热水龙头
3.扩胸:分腿站立,两臂胸前平曲后振、展臂后振,做4次,www.xsd88.com
4.体转运动:左右各4次,做2组。
5.体前曲:8次。
6.体回环:以腰部为轴,左右各环绕一周,做2次。
7.踢腿:前后各10次,做 2组。
8.前弓步压腿:左右各4次,做2组。
9.侧压腿:左右各4次,做2组。
10.下蹲起立:12-20次。
11.转足绕手腕:各12次,电热水龙头
12.仰卧起坐:8-15次,做3组。
13.俯卧撑:8-12次,做2组。
14.放松活动3分钟。
每次运动时间应掌握在40-60分钟。
