Nike, in response to all the talk being on other brands (namely the new Puma King Finale i and the Adidas F50 Adizero Prime), have released in a flurry a number of new colorways for all their football boot ‘silos’, and this new colorway for the Nike Mercurial Vapor Superfly II is one of the nicest of them all.
With this release, many see the resemblance to last year’s ‘Black Pack’, where Nike had black colorways for all their boots. In regards to the Superfly, this new incarnation is nearly the exact same colorway, however, the yellow from old has been replaced with a more orange color. It does look fantastic however,

Specs:
UPPER: The Superfly II has an ultra-thin Teijin upper that’s lined withFlywire filaments in a soccer-specific cabling pattern to deliver a precise fit and optimal support. Asymmetricallacing enlarges the contact zone.
INSOLE: The Superfly II has a contoured sockliner with a SuperflyEVA insole.
OUTSOLE: Carbon fiber compositeplate is the lightest and strongest outsole Nike has to offer. It has a pressure-activated adaptive traction system for speed in all conditions. The difference between a soft and firm ground stud is 3mm. So Nike has developed a new stud that extends 3 mm when ground is soft for increased toe-off acceleration and traction. These two longer studs in the forefoot also prevent slippage and create the most comfortable feeling Mercurial ever.
These new toe-off traction spikes enable extra speed bursts, just like traditional track spikes. Traction pad ensures grip no matter which way you move.
