TopShop mogul Sir Phillip Green has revoked his promise of an American TopShop in 2007 – last year, he told WWD that the first TopShop store in America would throw its doors open in 2007.
Instead, it seems the company will test the waters with a Barney’s partnership.
The department store has been quietly selling TopShop jeans in their stores for about a year,
