  秋燥当令 口干、咽痛者增多
“秋燥”是一种季节病,因为秋季空气湿度发散过快,容易使人体脱水,进而引发口干、舌燥、喉痛、皮裂、便秘 、痔疮等一系列“上火”症状。“喝蜂蜜水都不管用。”到医院就诊的赵女士抱怨,这几天,她的嗓子一直干痛, 想大声说话或者扭一下脖子都能体会到咽痛。不仅如此,鼻腔也很干燥,嘴唇也出现干裂。

秋季进补不当也是导致咽干、咽痛等上火的原因之一。“初秋不是进补的季节,现在可以适当进补,但是进补不当 会引起或加重上火症状,秋天应该掌握清补、润补的原则”。“秋燥”轻者可自行调理,李莹建议,缓解秋季干燥 的症状,首先要注意补水。秋季宜多喝水、粥、豆浆,多吃萝卜、莲藕、荸荠、梨、蜂蜜等润肺生津、养阴清燥的 食物。特别是梨有生津止渴、止咳化痰、清热降火、养血生肌、润肺清燥等功能。“
  秋季要尽量少吃或不吃辣椒
