保姆因不满雇主为其买保险行窃纵火(图)

　　一对年轻的海归夫妇聘用保姆料理家务还不到3个月，却被其放了一把火，并偷走家中大量贵重物品。半个月 后，出逃的保姆在兰州被抓获。检察官在询问她为何要放火烧东家时，她回答说：“东家为我申报意外人身伤害保 险，我有想法，但东家还是坚持要给我买，我以为他们要害我。 ”昨天，闵行区检察院以涉嫌放火罪和盗窃罪将陈月兰提起公诉。

　　一把火烧掉近万元财产

　　去年10月，刘先生夫妇从英国返沪，在浦东创办了自己的公司。由于在龙吴路购买的房子还在装修，他临时 在某小区租了套底楼的房子过渡，并到一家家政公司聘用了43岁的陈月兰做保姆。刘先生在其中一间房间为她安 了床，还为她办理了人身意外保险，双方签订了合同。

　　今年1月19日傍晚，刘先生夫妇正在浦东办事,asics cumulus，突然接到居住小区物业的电话：“你家冒着浓浓的黑烟，我们已打了119报警。”妻子急忙拨通保姆手机：“ 家里在冒烟你知道吗？是不是你在煤气上烧东西忘了关阀门？”保姆回答说，自己下午在徐家汇逛商店，家里发生 的事情不清楚。

　　当晚6时10分，刘先生夫妇驾车赶回家，看到消防人员还在灭火，而保姆还未到家。刘先生再给她打电话， 却再也没法打通。刘先生家是一套两室两厅的住房，家里的柜子、沙发、组合橱、双人床、衣物等都被烧成炭灰。 刘先生称，客厅里放着原来装满酒精的玻璃瓶子，如今只剩下一点残余液体，而保姆房间有一只被烧缺的打火机， 消防人员也经过调查证明家里着火确实是人为造成。经有关部门对物损情况作出鉴定，财产损失价值 近万元。

　　贵重物品也被盗走

　　在整理物品时，刘先生夫妇发现两台笔记本电脑、21英寸液晶电视、LV拉杆箱及金银饰品等许多贵重物品 都不见了。刘先生到物业监控室查看监控录像，发现 1月 19日傍晚 5时零 6分，保姆陈月兰拉着他家的LV拉杆箱走出楼道，手里还拎着他从越南购物时获赠的一个米色芝华士 休闲包。

　　“你们夫妇同保姆发生过什么矛盾？”面对检察官的疑问，刘先生几经回忆仍无结果。他向检察官提到，1月 初，陈月兰不止一次在妻子面前哭诉家里困难，没钱过年，提出预支1个半月薪水。“我同意了她的要求，在1月 16日给了她现金3500元。可3天之后，这桩意外就发生了。”

　　保姆纵火盗窃后出逃

　　今年2月1日，陈月兰在兰州西固区落网，当场缴获大量涉案财物。

　　承办检察官进行证据审查时，陈月兰承认了自己在刘先生家里放火的事实。“我当保姆非常尽心，也得到了雇 主的认可。但一星期后，他们提出给我买价值10万元的家政保险，理由是，如果我在干活中出意外可以得到保险 公司的理赔。我告诉雇主，没这个必要，不让他们为我买保险。”

　　陈月兰对检察官说，“去年11月20日，我得知雇主还是坚持要给我买保险，而且说受益人既可以是我的家 人，但也可以是刘先生一家，我当即就发了火。由于保单无法看到，要求退保也不答应，我同东家大 吵了一场。”

　　1月19日，刘先生夫妇去上班，陈月兰想得最多的一件事，就是他们的新家马上要搬到11楼。“万一我在 高层上擦窗出事怎么办？难道保险公司因我的出事还要给雇主赔钱，这怎让我在黄泉之下瞑目呢？”

　　陈月兰越想越害怕，于是决定离开东家。她心想不能便宜东家，于是在家里找到了一瓶酒精，拿起客厅书桌上 的打火机，点燃了纸张、大衣柜内的衣物，随后拉着装满所偷财物的旅行箱赶到上海火车站，乘长途汽车回兰州。 半个小时后，她就接到东家电话，这时，陈月兰谎称马上赶回家，实际上却已坐上长途汽车。“点燃的火越烧越大 ，我心里也害怕，但我选择了逃跑。现在说一句心里话，我很后悔这样做。”陈月兰面对检察官不停 地流泪。
