Default 简单小动作打造平坦小腹

如果你要消除自己的“啤酒肚”,不妨按以下这套动作坚持做数月,定有收效。两节之间不要停顿,做完5节动作 后,休息15秒后再做一遍。刚开始可做3遍,逐渐增加到5遍。
第一个动作:双手抱头,双脚向上抬起,膝盖弯曲成直角,右脚向前伸直,但不要触地,抬起身体向 左转动,健尔马足疗机价格,让右胳膊肘碰到左膝盖。换左脚向前伸直,身体向右转再做。重复10次。
第三个动作:双手伸向两侧,脚并拢。向上抬右脚,膝盖放松,向左转动臀部,让右脚横过身体躺于地板。右脚缓 慢复原。换向上抬左脚,再做。重复10次。
第四个动作:双手放在身体两侧,双脚上抬,膝盖弯曲成直角,绷紧腹肌,抬起臀部,让膝盖碰到胸部。保持该姿 势2-3秒,再做。重复20次。
第五个动作:双手抱头,胳膊肘分向两侧。双脚上抬,脚掌并拢,膝盖稍弯曲。抬起头部和双肩,但背部不离地, 复原。重复20次。
