网帖称公安局领导冒领工资 事后1名民警被辞退

　　那篇网帖指称无锡市东北塘派出所领导“吃空饷”，发帖的网民被警方找到后拘留，郁刚被认为是幕后指使人 遭辞退。“相关部门应该先调查举报的内容是否属实。”郁刚说，举报的内容不去调查，却先处理起 举报人来了。

　　发帖者被指“恶意诽谤”

　　帖案发生在7月6日，无锡市“二泉论坛”上出现一个帖子，指称无锡市公安局东北塘派出所所长滕某和指导 员高某，虚报联防队员名册领工资，可能涉嫌经济腐败问题。“二泉论坛”号称是无锡市最具影响力的老百姓的社 区，而据相关人士介绍，这也是当地警方网监部门随时监控的论坛。据浏览过该帖子的人士称，帖子点击量并不高 ，帖子发布不久，便被网监人员删除。

　　帖子虽被删除，但此事并未因此完结。帖子内容引起了当地警方的重视，无锡市公安局锡山分局对该事进行调 查。

　　一切都在警方的监控之下。顺着发帖IP地址等线索，7月13日，警方便找到了发帖人。发帖人叫赵阳，系 无锡市万达停车场金腾运输公司工作人员。警方对赵阳进行审讯。据悉，审讯过程中，赵阳无法提供支撑网帖内容 的确凿证据――― 由于无法证实“东北塘派出所领导存在经济问题”的证据，赵的行为被视为“恶意诽谤”。警方对其进行了行政拘 留5天的处罚。

　　在侦查审讯赵阳的过程中，警方发现：赵阳在发布网帖期间，曾与警界内部人士有过交流。这个人便是无锡市 公安局锡山分局八士派出所民警郁刚。
