睡眠,是最经济实惠的减肥方法。过去人们总认为吃得多、睡得多是导致肥胖的重要原因。但据美国媒体近日报道 ,科学家发现,规律的睡眠有助于解决体重超标的问题。
法国国家健康和医学研究院的科学家在对本国居民的调查中发现,如果一个人连续两天平均只睡4个小时,那么体 内饥饿激素的水平就会升高一倍,而体内调节脂肪含量和食欲的激素分泌也会减少。
研究人员用了13年时间,追踪研究了大约500名年龄在27—40岁之间的成年人。调查期间,女性受试者每 晚的平均睡眠时间从7.7小时减至7.3小时,男性受试者则从7.1小时减至6.9小时。与此同时,这些人 的体重平均增加了5磅(约合2.27公斤),爬楼车厂家。每晚睡眠时间少于6小时者,体重增加得最多。研究人员指出,不正确的饮食习惯和缺乏体育锻炼都会导致肥胖 ,但很少有人知道睡眠不足也能够导致体重增加。
美国约翰斯.霍普金斯大学彭博公共卫生学院的科学家称,每天多睡一个小时,儿童肥胖症的发病率就会降低9% 。此外,缺少睡眠,还会出现抑郁,导致过敏。
