　　4日，接到夏女士报案后，秀山县警方立即前往事发银行ATM机了解情况。夏女士也一同前往 。

　　通过银行工作人员帮助，夏女士使用过的ATM机异状很快被发觉：ATM机银行卡插口处，螺丝钉松掉；A TM机上输入密码的数字键盘上方塑料盖壳不见踪影。

　　通过调取自助银行的监控录像，警方发现：3日晚，有人在ATM机上做了手脚。

　　民警告诉夏女士，从监控录像看，嫌疑人对ATM机动手脚的时间大致为3日晚7时32分，嫌疑人在ATM 机外部塑料壳顶部安装了微型摄像头，并在插卡口安装了读卡器。当晚7时36分,cool nike air max，夏女士前来取款。40多分钟后，嫌疑人返回，取掉了这些设备。

　　梁某等人便是采取在ATM机上做手脚，盗取储户的银行卡信息并解码，将一张空白银行卡克隆成一张能取款 的银行卡，以此非法获利3.7万元而获刑的。

　　通过警方调查，梁某团伙实现空卡诈骗的步骤大致如下：将针孔摄像头对准ATM机键盘，用双面胶固定在A TM机上方的挡棚内；在ATM机插卡口粘上超薄读卡器，当持卡人输入密码时，卡上的信息就完全暴露，但不影 响正常取款,nike air max。装好设备后，梁某等在银行附近等“鱼儿”上钩，达到目的后，再去把盗码设备取回，把读卡器用专用数据传输 线与电脑连接，根据盗取的资料克隆出与储户一致的银行卡，再刷卡消费。

　　对类似案情，警方提醒市民，防范关键在于要保护好自己的银行卡密码。为防止被针孔摄像头偷窥，输入密码 时要用手或其他物品遮挡。在ATM机上查询、取款时，要注意是否有多余装置，密码键盘是否有改装痕迹或被贴 上薄膜，若发现机器有被人改造的嫌疑，或者身边有形迹可疑的人，不要使用ATM机，必要时可拨打银行服务热 线或110求助。

　　除了夏女士遭遇的情况外，我市警方通过调查发现，骗子们常用的银行卡诈骗伎俩还有以下4种。警方专门进 行了归纳，并一一破解。

　　伎俩1

　　发短信通知指导操作

　　骗子冒充银行工作人员，任意向手机发送短信，告知手机用户在某某商场刷卡消费成功，并留下查询电话。通 常格式为：“您在××商场购物×××元，将在您的××信用卡上扣除，如有疑问请拨打查询电话××××咨询” 。市民若真的打电话咨询，便可能掉进骗子设下的圈套，被骗到ATM机上操作，把钱款转到骗子的 账户上。

　　对策：遇到中奖、消费等类似的短信时，市民应理性分析各种可能和陷阱，必须核实电话号码的真伪，或到相 关银行柜台查询,nike shoes uk。
