  随着健康意识逐渐深入人心,人们开始明白只有加强锻炼才是获得健康的最佳途径。但是由于生活节奏的紧张 ,平日里很难抽出固定的时间进行健身,于是不少人集中在周末进行体育锻炼。北京师范大学体育系孟刚教授说, 周末时间充裕,却并非体育健身的最佳时间,“暴饮暴食”的锻炼方式于健康无益。
孟教授指出,周末健身族们往往一星期的前5天都是在办公室里坐着的,基本没有运动,身体实际上已经适应了这 种状态。周末突然拿出时间集中锻炼,反而打破已经形成的生理和机体平衡,其后果甚至比不运动更差。周末健身 也许能提高某些运动技能,这很容易让人误认为健康水平也提高了,实际上技能提高并不等于你体能 增强了。
要取得良好的健身效果主要是靠锻炼痕迹的不断积累,所谓锻炼痕迹,就是指运动后留在健身者机体上的良性刺激 。若健身时间间隔过长,在锻炼痕迹消失后才又进行锻炼,相当于每一次锻炼都是从头开始。所以,科学有效的做 法是每周锻炼3~5次,或者说,最适合的锻炼巩固应该在前一次的锻炼痕迹未消失之前,爬楼车价格,就进行第二次锻炼。
孟教授建议,周末健身族由于时间限制,平时虽不能像周末一样充分运动,但完全可以选择适宜的项目,茶余饭后 就近进行适度锻炼,使锻炼痕迹像链条一样连接起来。只有这样,锻炼才能真正获得提高体能、增进 健康的效果。
