两周年留念

　　回想下这两年的工作，刚进公司跟着潘总做直放站的信息收集，学会了看t68手机的工程模式、手持GPS 、罗盘（指北针），后来匆匆开端学习tems软件的应用，第一个老师是朱鹏飞（目前已经是一个孩子的父亲） ，后来随着蒋爷学测试数据的处理，tems出图，mapinfo出图统计，剖析数据，跟唐爷、金爷、蒋爷学 习处理客户投诉,armani giorgio，没过多久就本人周末值班出去处置投诉了，记得第一次独破处理投诉就被用户骂，哥忍了！后来替换一个回校做 毕设的共事测试高层，晚上还要统计数据，似乎那时候还蛮辛劳的，天天在高楼大厦里走动，基础上每一层都要走 两遍。
　　还明白的记得刚开始写测试讲演的时候是十分苦楚的，由于懂的少，无奈用专业术语来描写问题，那时候须要 提优化倡议的时候专找淼江哥，求教金爷、晓华经理，还和方捷的陶子哥 、靖哥探讨测试问题。
　　09年我的工作基本上dt测试为主，每天和司机王晓东错误，有时候晚上还加班做BSC割接 、升版拨测,coach outlets online，跟着金爷、唐爷去基站查上行干扰，学会了用泰克和安捷伦的扫频仪。记得下半年还是有点辛苦的，因为周末要 轮到值班，加班也是常常的事儿，所以那个时候感到持续多少个月不好好的休息过一个完全的周末，当然喽，这其 中学到的也是挺多的，我不是那种实践型选手，我的皮毛技术都是从实际测试分析中来的。很快到了年底，年初公 司的测验考了30多分(据说在新员工当中还算高分)，其实还是蛮失踪的，假如基本常识扎实点，多看点书，可 能就能过了（45分就及格）
