  预备姿势:
  端坐在沙发或坐椅上,拉长颈部,挺胸收腹,双手置于体侧略后方,两眼平视前方。
  使头颈部位的曲线柔美
  仰头4拍还原,低头4拍还原。一定要感觉到颈部肌肉被拉长,一个完整的动作做完为1组,做 2-4组。
  使胸臂部曲线柔美

  动作2.按图所示动作均匀呼吸,默数 10拍,还原。一个完整的动作做完为1组,做2-3组。
  收紧腹部,缩小腰围
  动作1.按图所示动作尽量收腹同时做深呼吸,默数10拍后还原;
  动作2.左手按于右手背上置于腹部,以顺时针方向按摩10圈。一个完整的动作做完为1组, 做2-3组。
  收紧大腿内侧肌肉,锻炼腿部线条
  动作1.勾脚尖,绷脚尖各10下,向内、外环绕10圈,盟特新产品厂家
  动作2.双腿上,下交叉10下;
  动作3.双腿交叉,默数4拍:双腿打开,光波炉厂家,保持动作,膝盖不能弯,默数4拍,来回做8次,一个完整的动作做完为1组,做2-3组。
  防止赘肉,锻炼臀胯部
  动作1.按图所示动作收紧臀部,默数10下;然后按逆时针,顺时针转动胯部,各转10圈;
  动作2.来回顶胯,做20下。一个完整的动作做完为1组,做1-2组。
