原因一:红细胞破裂血红蛋白分解
贫血是一组症状,是指血液中的红细胞及血红蛋白低于正常值。那么,水宜生水杯,运动为什么会引起贫血呢?
剧烈运动引起贫血的原因主要是红细胞的破裂,血红蛋白从红细胞中逸出,并丧失输氧和排出二氧化碳等功能。运 动性贫血还与下列因素有关,如:剧烈运动时,肌体内便会产生大量的代谢产物——乳酸。大量乳酸在体内积蓄, 当乳酸的浓度超过一定量时,就会使血液中PH(酸碱度)值下降,其结果是加速了红细胞的破坏和血红蛋白的分 解,导致血液中红细胞数量减少,血红蛋白下降而引起贫血。
原因二:大量排汗使铁随汗排出
运动中大量排汗使体内的铁元素随汗排出,而铁是人体造血的主要原料,光波炉,若不及时补充,可因失铁过多而引起缺铁性贫血。

预防:运动前后补充维生素C
