　　7月14日，在酒店负责人的劝说动员下，持枪伤人的保安陈某明到公安机关投案自首。7月21日，丰顺警 方对涉嫌寻衅滋事、破坏公司财物的陈红光采取了刑事强制措施。但据了解，陈红光被刑拘后因需要留院治疗，7 月22日办理了取保候审；8月1日，陈红光回到村里。
　　据邓屋村知情村民反映，陈红光回村后，连续几个晚上都组织了一些村民在祠堂里燃放烟花，向参加者发放烟 、酒等，煽动村民与酒店对抗到底，“夺回酒店用地”。陈红光所声称要“夺回”的土地，指的是位于千江酒店用 地范围内的12.83亩土地。据了解，为了支持千江酒店的发展需要，2004年丰顺县人民政府批示将位于邓 屋村“庙山”的一块12.83亩地块征给酒店使用，并以另一地区相同面积的土地置换还给邓屋村。丰顺县县长 李明权昨天向羊城晚报记者明确表示,ascis rotation 77 outlet，该块酒店用地的手续齐全，不存在违规征地的情况。

　　现场：打砸酒店引发械斗

　　缘由：或因要求“助选”被拒

　　梅州市丰顺县的千江温泉酒店，是粤东地区较早开发温泉品牌的一处著名景点，由广东千江集团投资近亿元， 于2003年建成营业，坐落于丰顺县汤坑镇邓屋村。广东省人大代表、酒店董事长陈生跃向记者介绍说，酒店经 营了近10年，从未与当地村干部或村民群众有过什么纠葛，但到了上月8日，莫名其妙的麻烦却找上门来：当天 中午，有邓屋村的村民打电话给陈生跃，透露称刚刚当选的邓屋村委主任陈红光准备带人去推翻酒店的围墙，扬言 要把村里的祖坟迁到围墙内，并许诺参加的村民每人可发100元,shoes atmosphere jordan 老汉背红色塑料袋被误当山鸟。

　　据知情村民反映，陈红光之所以能当选为新一届的村委会主任，正是因为他的贿选手段。丰顺县政府有关领导 向记者证实，曾接到村民关于陈红光“贿选”的举报，曾派调查组到村里调查，但没有掌握到相关的证据。陈红光 上任后，将邓屋村党支部完全撇开一边。邓屋村党支部书记陈开荐说，党支部基本上都没法参与村委会的决策管理 ，因为在现任村两委班子里，党支部的5名委员均没有兼任村委会成员，村委会成员五人均不是党员 。
　　谁料事隔两天，7月10日凌晨，千江酒店大堂内传出一阵嘈杂声，凌晨1时许，陈红光带着三名男子，手持 木棍、水管、砍刀等闯入酒店大堂，威胁前台服务员打电话让所有旅客退房，遭到拒绝后，陈红光等开始打砸酒店 玻璃推拉门、前台电话、电脑等设施。酒店员工从酒店大堂监控录像中指认出，当晚录像画面中那个赤裸上半身、 打砸酒店设施的男子正是陈红光本人。
