　　10月16日晚上，两个黑影乘着夜色窜到建国西路上的两台ATM机前，快速地在ATM自动取款机插卡口 处安装了读卡器，又在ATM机上方顶部安装了微型摄像头，然后闪身离去，这两人正是程明和李鑫。赵佳和孙坚 则在马路对面，注视着ATM机周围的动静。

　　随后，4人又于当晚坐上了开往兰州市的班车，又开始马不停蹄地四处分头提款。4人在武威市和兰州市的A TM机上，先后提取现金共计17.6万元。
　　当晚“收工”后，4人立即返回了乌鲁木齐。

　　当晚，李鑫利用自带的笔记本电脑，读取了此前安装在ATM机上的读卡器和微型摄像头记录下的取款人的银 行卡信息资料及密码，然后用事先准备好的作废的银行卡、医保卡、商场购物卡等“空卡”，复制、伪造出了一批 银行信用卡。

　　原来，四人打算做的“大事”就是在取款机上做手脚，盗取客户资料，然后“克隆”信用卡。

4名男子利用科技装置，盗窃10余张信用卡内的110余万元潜逃。




　　但程明的辩护律师认为，他的当事人伪造信用卡的目的是为了实施诈骗，是同一犯罪行为下的犯罪实施，不应 数罪并罚。
　　今年8月16日，昌吉回族自治州中级人民法院开庭审理了此案。

　　10月22日凌晨7时许，李鑫等3人到达江西省南昌市，一下车，3人又开始四处疯狂刷卡提款。当日下午 ，3人又来到江西省余干县，继续刷卡提款。


　　当日，法庭未对该案进行宣判。(涉案人物为化名)
　　到今年3月8日，该案4名犯罪嫌疑人陆续在各地落网。警方同时查明，该案4名嫌疑人均有犯 罪前科。
　　10月14日15时许，孙坚到一家汽车出租公司租了一辆捷达轿车，随后几人开始踩点。次日 ,救护车司机开快车撞死人被判拘役，几个人又到昌吉市继续踩点,the north face，最终选择了位于昌吉市建国西路两家银行的ATM机各一台。

　　公诉人指出，信用卡诈骗罪犯罪客体是国家对信用卡的管理制度和他人的财产权利,zoom kobe vi；伪造金融票证罪侵犯的客体是国家对金融票证的管理制度，具有严重的社会危害性。据此认为，被告李鑫等4人 已经构成伪造金融票证、信用卡诈骗罪，应当数罪并罚，依法追究4名被告人的刑事责任。

　　此后连续2天，4人并先后复制、伪造出26张银行信用卡。


　　去年10月13日下午，乌市碾子沟长途汽车站，3名操江西口音的男子刚走下汽车，一本地口音的男子便热 情地迎上前去。三男子中，个子最小的叫程明，中等身材的叫李鑫，高高大大的叫赵佳，他们是江西余干县人，年 龄在35岁上下。
　　此番千里迢迢来新疆，三名江西男子打算干一件惊天动地的“大事”。但三人同时也考虑到对新疆情况不熟悉 ，心里没底。这时,ugg shoes，赵佳提出找他认识的叫孙坚的狱友，并称此人是乌鲁木齐人，可以联手做点事情。赵佳通过电话和孙坚取得联系 ，把想法一说，一拍即合，随即确定来疆行程。

　　见大功告成，去年10月20日20时，4人坐班车到达甘肃武威市，然后分头在当地的ATM 机上提款。
