室内环境污染渐成投诉热点

室内环境污染是新时期危害公众健康安全的大问题，针对室内安全健康问题的投诉不断增多的现象，北京市建筑装 饰协会室内环境保护委员会对室内环境污染投诉案件进行了系统分析。
投诉热点转移
资料显示，在有关居室及装修问题的投诉案例中，消费者投诉的热点已逐渐从工程施工质量投诉、装饰材料质量投 诉、室内装修售后服务投诉、建筑及装修安全隐患投诉，逐步转向室内环境污染投诉，投诉比例连年上涨，占装修 问题投诉总量的42.6%，几近半数。足以证明装修消费者对室内环境污染的防范意识显著提高。
要求检测数量增加
近4年来,红外线光波炉，要求北装协环保委员会推荐检测单位检测室内环境的消费者2001年为39例，2002年18 3例,光波炉，2003年410例，2004年2371例，平均增长率为323%。经检测发现室内确实存在污染超标现象 的占检测总量的73.6%，其中需要进行室内环境污染治理后才能入住的占19.2%。足以证明消费者对室内 环境的重视程度明显加强。
主要污染物质
消费者要求检测的室内环境污染物质主要包括：甲醛、苯、氨、氡、总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)，其次在不 同季节要求检测一氧化碳、可吸入颗粒物、细菌总数以及室内新风量的消费者均有所增长。在装修污染案件中，苯 超标占58.1%，甲醛超标占31.5%，是比例最大的两种污染物质。这一结论与北京市消费者协会发布的《 北京市家庭装修环境污染情况调查报告》中的结论基本一致。
资料证实，因装修后的时间长短不同，室内空气中的首要污染物质也不相同,光波炉。装修竣工一个月以内的房屋，其室内空气中的苯和TVOC浓度较高,光波炉价格，超标现象极其普遍;完工入住两个月以上的居室，室内空气中的甲醛浓度高于苯和TVOC的浓度，存在超标现 象，特别是在夏季高温高湿的情况下尤为明显;氨浓度超标的居室多为冬季施工的房屋;而氡超标的居室，90% 以上大量使用天然石材。
投诉率上升因素分析
什么原因造成室内环境污染投诉率上升呢?北装协环保委员会常务副会长兼秘书长张丝佳先生认为,盟特光波炉厂家，我国的室内环境保护体系尚不完善，相关标准法规的落实还要花大力气去抓;建筑装饰等相关行业的重视程度虽 然有所加强，但是缺乏完善的环境质量管理体系。也就是说光有环保意识还不行，还要学会运用和掌握科学的管理 方法;另外，建筑装饰设计师的室内环保设计水平还有待提高;装饰材料企业要加强自身建设，采用新技术、新工 艺、新材料提高材料成品的环保质量;要发挥法规和合同的作用，要加强室内环境检测行业的建设，运用科学、规 范、公正的手段控制好检测计量关，及时发现污染。
