春季宝宝防过敏宝典

随着温暖春天的来临，在妈妈和宝宝享受这明媚的春光时，过敏现象也走进了我们的生活，任凭父母怎么注意，宝 宝还是过敏了。怎么才能让过敏不再侵袭宝宝？下面就让我们来帮大家认识一下宝宝春季过敏现象。
过敏性鼻炎
症状表现：过敏性鼻炎以鼻痒、鼻塞、流清涕为主要症状，因此这种发病症状很容易被家长误认为感冒而延误治疗 。
防范要领：避免接触花粉、灰尘、螨虫、动物皮毛等容易引起过敏性鼻炎的物质。给孩子多吃一些清淡的食物，不 要让孩子吃一些含有大量异体蛋白的食物，比如海鲜等。避免带孩子去花朵树木茂盛的地方。
过敏性结膜炎
症状表现：空气中的花粉等异物进入眼睛而引发过敏性眼病。主要症状为，眼睛发痒、畏光、流泪、分泌物增多、 结膜充血等。
防范要领：妈妈们要注意保持宝宝的眼部卫生，不要让他们用手揉搓眼睛；春季多风,ad收腹运动机价格，外出时妈妈们可为宝宝做适当防护，以防异物吹入眼中,健尔马足疗机。
皮肤过敏

防范要领：在保暖的同时，不要给孩子穿得过多，内衣要宽大且需要经常换洗，洗完以后放在太阳下曝晒，利用阳 光中的紫外线进行杀毒。洗澡时要给孩子选用专门的婴儿沐浴液，不要使用刺激性强的肥皂。
湿疹
症状表现：春天外出游玩后，很多过敏体质的孩子吸进了空气中的花粉、粉尘或螨虫，因而引起湿疹。湿疹常使孩 子烦躁不安、哭闹不止、难以安睡。
防范要领：如果家族中有过敏性疾病史，应从新生儿时期就开始注意湿疹的发生，如保持房间内及孩子生活用品的 清洁无尘；禁吃海鲜，并要加长牛奶煮沸时间等，以避免或减轻湿疹的发生或症状。
春天容易干燥，所以多给孩子吃点滋润的食物，如杏仁、百合、芝麻、麦冬、水梨、银耳、萝卜等。
孩子早上起床前或起床后喝杯热开水，带他出去时最好戴口罩，预防冷空气直接进入鼻腔，更能直接预防鼻过敏、 鼻塞发作。
每天喝一勺蜂蜜就可以远离鼻炎、气喘、瘙痒、咳嗽及干眼等季节性过敏症状。
日本学者研究发现，红枣中含有大量抗过敏物质——环磷酸腺苷，可阻止过敏反应的发生,健尔马足疗机价格。凡有过敏症状的人可以经常食用红枣,永康垃圾桶。
