  1、生吃苹果可解酒

  做法:苹果1只(约300~400克),健尔马足疗机,生食或榨汁饮用。每天1~2次。

  2、脾虚久泻饮“苹果山药汤”

  做法:鲜苹果1000克,切碎捣烂,绞汁,熬成稠膏,加蜂蜜适量混匀。每次1匙,温开水送服。具有益胃 生津、改善胃阴不足的功效,健尔马足疗机

  5.阴虚便秘喝“苹果生地蜜饮”

  做法:苹果1只(约300克),生地黄15克,蜂蜜30克。生地黄煎水取汁200毫升。苹果洗净,去皮 去核,切碎,榨汁,加入生地汁,调入蜂蜜即成。早晚温服。具有滋阴补虚、润肠通便、清热除烦的 功效。

  6.胃脘胀闷喝“苹果金桔饮”

  做法:苹果1个(约300克),金桔15个,胡萝卜100克,蜂蜜适量。前3味洗净,切碎,榨汁用,将 果汁入锅煮沸,调入蜂蜜即可。早晚温服。具有健脾和胃、理气化痰的功效。
